Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor in the room with patients
• Coach clients through their health and weight loss journey
• Guide individual consultations, reporting the doctor’s findings to the patient
• Perform scheduling and retail duties
• Perform back office duties including inventory and supplement management
• Manage nutrition area and stock with proper educational materials
• Make new patient charts and folders, and update patient files
• Other duties as assigned

Rassel-Daigneault Holistic Health Center is a faith based office with a second location, Gilead Healing Center across town. This position would be solely at RDHHC with some events held at Gilead Healing Center.

If you are highly organized, fast paced, and detail oriented we are seeking individuals to join our Holistic Health Center! Must have excellent work ethics and high professional customer service. This position works with patients, paperwork, electronic health records, and some insurance and accounting. This is a standing and walking position that accompanies patients through the office for their care. Professionalism, communication, basic knowledge of insurances, and a belief or experience in the holistic health model expected. This is a 25-30 hour a week, part time position.
